BERSON (NL), HANOVIA (UK) and AQUIONICS (USA) are technology companies in the HALMA Group specialising in and renowned worldwide for UV (ultraviolet) radiation in the industrial sector, the development and manufacturing of UV-C lamp systems and accessories, etc.

This merger aims to reinforce the position of the Group and its subsidiaries as a first-rate global player at the cutting edge of progress and advance certain major research and development projects, while facilitating significant investments in tools and production capacity.

For more than twenty years, EUFOR INTER has been the exclusive representative of BERSON companies in Belgium and Luxembourg for municipal applications and of HANOVIA in the BeNeLux for industrial applications and swimming pools: project design, sales and aftersales services.
