Comprehensive solutions for the inspection and rehabilitation of sanitation networks

EUFOR INTER is the exclusive provider of sales and aftersales services for JT-elektronik and MTec equipment in the BeNeLux region and France.

Inspection of pipe networks down to the level of individual connections with the mobile JT-elektronik LMS “Lindauer Schere” satellite camera.

The LS (“Lindauer Schere”) camera can inspect lateral branches of the main pipe network.

3D tracking system with piping trajectory measurements:

JT-elektronik ASYS: geo-ASYS.

Mobile and transportable DN100-DN300 inspection system consisting of an LSM camera, a control box, a slip ring cable winder and specific accessories or equipment integrated into a fully equipped and fitted 5-tonne inspection vehicle, delivered ready to use:

  • Inspection of DN200-DN2000 collector pipes + DN100-DN300 satellite/LMS.
  • Synchronous or high-pressure propulsion with an external water flushing system.
  • Geo-ASYS tracking software.

HP pipe cleaning with simultaneous inspection and 3D position tracking
Not only does the new JT technology make this possible – it works very well.

Inspection performance can be improved and cleaning processes can be monitored. This technology can be used from D200 to DN600 or even up to DN1000 with an additional apparatus. Records and documentation can be gathered by video or with a PC.

Post-processing from the office is easy and can be used to plan suitable pipeline cleaning operations. The technical interface is simple and user friendly.

The (LS or LIBI) camera is installed in a specially developed guidance system. A HP 1” or 5/4” hydraulic tube rinses out the pipes and propels the carriage through them. The connection cable is unwound from a manual or electric cable drum. With certain configurations, inspections can be performed over distances of up to 200 m.

Our system performs 3 operations all in 1:

  • Cleaning/flushing of pipework.
  • Conventional camera inspection of collector and satellite pipes right down to the level of individual connections.
  • 3D tracking of the network and correlation against existing backgrounds.

A DEVELOPING MARKET AND A REAL CHALLENGE

The sheer volume of inspections that need to be performed, combined with the evolution of new market constraints, represents a real technical challenge. Traditional camera techniques are often destined to fail due to small nominal pipe diameters, elbows, clogging and inaccessible branches of up to 90°, resulting in inspection findings that are unusable and incomplete.

To make things harder, pipework drawings are not always completely accurate...

To successfully offer services in the field, a company needs technical equipment that allows pipes to be efficiently cleaned and fully inspected, with findings that can be transformed into useful documentation.

If this company can also create and update site plans quickly and effortlessly without incurring extra delays, then there is little doubt that they will be successful in this budding new sector.

The German market has been at the forefront of progress for several decades. But the rest Europe is not far behind, currently in the process of equipping themselves with efficient tools that can meet the needs and technical challenges of this sector.

REHABILITATION OF SEWAGE NETWORKS, EUROBOT®, THE MILLING ROBOT WITH ON-BOARD CAMERA

The EuRobot® milling robot was developed to work in pipes with nominal diameters ranging from DN150 to DN600: the F130, F170 and F200 models. The robot creates openings in freshly refurbished pipes by “lining”, allowing drainpipes from buildings and other installations to be connected onto the network. In addition, if any of the network pipes have isolated damage, such as cracking, root intrusions, penetrating or retracting branchings, deteriorated or uncoupled sleeves, various rough patches, solidified concretions, cement slurry or displaced joints, then the robot can be particularly useful to prepare the pipework before repairs or relining work by eliminating undesirable obstacles through milling.

The robot’s work is piloted using “joysticks” and viewed on the screen of its control console.

PREPARING PIPES WITH “3P-LINER”

An ideal way to refurbish pipes after isolated damage such as cracks, shifts, ruptures, obstructed couplings, root intrusions, infiltrations, etc.

An economical and durable method for sealing against leaks and for repairs. The 3P resin complies with environmental standards and has been granted the “Ü” symbol and the “DIBT” certificate.

The junction between the pipe and the sleeve is made completely smooth with no build-ups.
