Discharge riser pipes for stainless steel submersible motor pump units (MPUs) equipped with a patented, easy-to-use bayonet coupling system for mechanical locking without springs or snap rings.
The product was developed for simple, reliable, robust, quick, compact and waterproof systems.

Made from AISI 304 (L) or 316 (L) stainless steel or Duplex / Super Duplex steel on special request. The AISI 316 model is the standard version.

Eucopro® risers can be used for working purposes (well cleaning or regeneration) or as dewatering risers for submersible electric pumps.

Our portfolio features Eucopro® risers in dimensions ranging from 3’’ (DN80) to 8’’ (DN200).

Eucopro® couplings can be supplied separately (for installation by customers) or as part of a fully functional riser according to customer specifications, with elements of specific lengths and application-specific pump junctions and well heads.

  • Guaranteed tensile strength: 20 tonnes
  • Guaranteed torsion strength: 1,500 Nm

Couplings are manufactured in our precision mechanical workshop with CNC machines and installed by qualified welders in our industrial boilermaking workshop.

QIC//ZSM" coupling with stainless steel springs or snap rings.

“QIC//ZSM” couplings supplied separately (for installation by customers) as part of a fully functional riser according to customer specifications, with elements of specific lengths and application-specific pump junctions and well heads.
